For the past year or so I have been trapped. Trapped under the tyranny of two blogs: my family's blog and my husband's blog. We have a Moore family blog, which I rarely contribute to because I don't feel like my everyday experiences are nearly as interesting as the cute pictures of all my nieces and nephews. Nathan and I also have a blog, but I don't know how much he would love my random journaling of mundane events and thoughts as part of our "keeping everyone up to date blog". Needless to say, I have been trapped. Unable to speak freely from fear of no comments on my posts or ridicule from my amazing, but sharp tongued husband, for a lame entry I have up to the present remained silent. That silence ends today, because, today I've decided to break free from the constrains of this bondage and start my own blog. It's kind of liberating, actually, knowing I can write whatever I want, significant or not. Hopefully I won't abuse this freedom and will be able to handle the power of having my own blog. I guess all I can say now is, look out world (and by world I mean the handful of people who are going to ever read this), here comes Amanda Voelker and she's blogging all by her self!!!
